Robertson Ward Associates Limited (RWA) is a registered architectural firm that has been practicing architecture in the Caribbean for some 50 years.
Under the direction of Mr. John Robertson (Happy) Ward the Antigua office was first opened in 1957 after he developed the Mill Reef Club. He later opened an office in Barbados when he was asked by Mr. Ronald Tree to design the world famous Sandy Lane Hotel.
Since then, RWA has specialized in the master planning of several destination resort developments, hotels and custom residential work with well over 100 completed planning projects in tourism, hotels, eco-lodges and feasibility studies within the greater Caribbean basin.
Our Barbados office today is located at “Warrens Court” in Warrens under the direction of Mr. Charles Boyce and Mr. David Senior. We still maintain offices in Antigua and Bahamas, where inter-office networking gives the firm the added ability to be able to draw upon the most appropriate resource personnel.
RWA encourages strong client relationships, believing in the importance of a stimulating and enjoyable design experience.
